Anthony N. Saatlou, President

As the President of the company, Mr. Saatlou is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall approach to radiological and environmental market and it’s most practical business strategy to expand its market share. He draws from Eberline’s impressive accomplishments in the past as his best resource to implement the safest and most cost effective solution to Eberline’s projects. Prior to re-establishing Eberline Services Inc. Mr. Saatlou was a Co-Founder of Sealand Enviro, a full services environmental remediation company. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Saatlou managed several large environmental remediation projects under USEPA Superfund program including projects in Brookhaven National Lab, remediation of over 100,000 cubic- yards of radium contaminated soil at The Montclair/Glenn Ridge Radium Sites in Essex County New Jersey. Mr. Saatlou holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.


Paul J. Fensterer, Vice President, COO

As the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Eberline Services, Mr. Fensterer brings his in depth knowledge of our industry and 30 years of professional experience to Eberline and its clients. Prior to joining Eberline Services, Mr. Fensterer was an executive with a nationally recognized US based engineering company. He has extensive experience in building and managing multi-disciplined operations to support a wide range of clients with environmental and infrastructure needs including DOE, US Navy, USAF/Space Command, BIA, USACE, tribal government bodies, local municipalities and State agencies. He has worked on large scale projects with US based and international mining conglomerates, semiconductor and manufacturing companies, utility and commercial nuclear power generation providers and oil and gas companies. Mr. Fensterer holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of New Mexico.    

Veronica Ybarra, Business Development Manager

Ms. Ybarra manages Eberline’s business development program. For over 20 years Eberline has relied on Ms. Ybarra’s expertise and experience in proposal development and market analysis. As part of her responsibilities, she manages and identifies key team players, coordinates complex multi volume proposals and interacts with clients in all phases of the project. Prior to joining Eberline Services Ms. Ybarra was an environmental scientist working for Jacobs Engineering and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Ms. Ybarra holds an Environmental Science degree from Mount Holyoke College.


Tatiana Nassiri, Treasurer

Mrs. Nassiri is responsible for Eberline’s finances and its relationship with subcontractors and other business partners. In her role, she reviews and approves suppliers and subcontractors. She is also responsible for the company’s accounting functions to ensure compliance and proper record keeping. Prior to joining Eberline Services, Mrs. Nassiri was a tax accountant with a national company and also held managerial positions with property development companies. Mrs. Nassiri holds a B.S in Accounting

Jim Clevenger

Mr. Jim Clevenger, IT Manager

Jim has been responsible for Eberline’s technology infrastructure for over 20 years. He is also responsible for setting up satellite offices where Eberline staffs are capable of linking directly to company data base. He provides the oversight for all technology and security upgrades to ensure company data as well as client confidential information is safe and secure.


 Mr. Mark Jackson, Senior Geologist, OA/QC Officer

Mr. Jackson provides an oversight to Eberline’s project activities to make sure that our data collection, reporting and archiving complies with company policies and procedures. He is also responsible for the company’s QA/QC program on all field activities associated with environmental and radiological services. Prior to joining Eberline Mr. Jackson was a Vice President of operations and the Technical Director for a major international company providing in-situ remediation on sites contaminated with VOC and other chemical constituents by utilizing Electric Resistive Heating (ERH) technology. He worked on contracts with EPA, DOE and major oil & gas industry clients.

Dr. William Tippin

Dr. William Tippin is a recognized industry leader solving facility and infrastructure architectural / engineering problems by leveraging technology solutions. He has over 40 years of experience driving such problem resolutions with U.S. government clients such as DOE, NASA, FAA, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and, the U.S. Navy. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he provides leadership, technical and expert consulting experience in the fields of management systems design and implementation, team building, strategic planning and, transformational management.

In particular, Dr. Tippin designed and implemented the New Mexico Highway Departments Construction Management System. He also was on the team that developed the project management system for the DOE’s Building Energy Performance Standards.

Dr. Tippin was AECOM’s (NYSE ACM) Senior Vice President responsible for AECOM’s U.S. Federal Government Civilian Agencies business development. As an extension of his duties, he was the Principal-In-Charge for AECOM’s team supporting the State of Florida’s efforts to commercialize Kennedy Space Center for use by SpaceX and others.

Dr. Tippin has his Doctorate of Management (DM) with a specialization the Management of Technology from the University of Maryland University College, Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration (BSPA) from the University of Arkansas

Mr. Nels Johnson, CHP, Former Eberline President

Mr. Johnson was the president of Eberline Services for over 20 years, under his tenure, company managed over $30 mil in sales annually and built a reputation unsurpassed by any competition in this field. Mr. Johnson was also instrumental in designing and promoting the Segmented Gate System technology, the only one at that time to offer volume reducing technology to government. Eberline Services is pleased to have Mr. Johnson’s input as how to best offer a value added service to our clients.


 Bruce Coomer, Technical Advisor

Mr. Coomer has more than 25 years of hazardous and radioactive measurement and remediation experience. His experience includes non-destructive assay, health physics, remedial investigations, remedial action projects, cost analysis, feasibility studies, and project direction and research. He managed projects involving the characterization and remediation of the former weapons testing site in Maralinga, Australia and a $15 million project for remediation at Christmas Island. He advises the management team on development of Eberline Services’ radiological survey tool enhancement. He brings to this role an in-depth understanding of radiation detection instrumentation and field needs.
